Patient hated the spaces between her front teeth and how uneven her teeth were.  She also hated the mismatch color of the crown and teeth.  Patient is taking a two stage approach; placing 6 anterior porcelain crowns and will be back to improve the appearance of the other teeth to bring the teeth in harmony.  Patient did not smile much, but now she is always smiling and her self esteem, smile and facial appearance improved 100%.
