Patient presents with unaesthetic, discolored and chipped crowns.  Patient unhappy with the care she received in Mexico and wants to restore and replace the front teeth because they are failing and dislike the appearance of the teeth protruding.  Patient wanted a conservative approach to make the teeth look natural. Patient received three porcelain crowns and a veneer and plans to lighten the remaining teeth.
