When You Come In To See Us
Please
CHECK IN with the receptionist. We have disposable toothbrushes (with
toothpaste) in the washroom available for you to brush your teeth upon
your arrival.
Our office has an OPEN policy where parents are
always welcome in the treatment area. **NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN
THE TREATMENT AREA**
Please arrive on time for your
appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your
appointment, you may need to reschedule.
Emergencies:
If you have a dental emergency, please call our main line
at 972-355-8568. We always try to see emergencies that day during
regular business hours. However, if
you are a patient of record and the office is closed, call
972-999-3580, leave a message and someone will return your call. Please
be advise there is charge for after hour visit.
Cancellations
If
you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide
us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make
it possible to give your appointment to another patient. If you do not give us ample notice, we reserve the right to access a cancellation fee to your account.
