This patient was self conscious because he was missing a tooth and another tooth was broken to the gumline.  Dr. Nguyen placed a dental implants and restored the broken tooth with root canal and a crown.  Patient plans to lighten remaining teeth to match the new restorations.  Patient regained his self-confidence and is now smiling!
