Patient presents with loose and hopeless anterior teeth, dislike how his front teeth was protruding forward.  Bone graft and dental implants replace the missing teeth.  Patient is undergoing full mouth rehab.  Porcelain crowns are replacing many of his failing dental work .  The crowns where whiter than his existing teeth and has taken 10 years off his appearance.
